Payment

The monthly subscription fee for the Conference Call for Therapists and Health Care Professionals package is $39.95.  You are paying, in advance, for the Conference Calls for Therapists and Healthcare Professionals package.  In choosing PayPal or the credit card you have elected for payment of the monthly subscription fee, you hereby authorize Kathy Kinskey of The Attachment & Bonding Network (hereafter refereed to as ABN) to charge PayPal or your credit card for the subscription fee on an automatic, monthly basis  beginning with the month in which you first subscribe.  Fees are payable in U.S. dollars

You can discontinue at any time by calling our office at 303-443-1220.  If you choose to discontinue the Conference Calls for Therapists and Healthcare Professionals package, you agree to verbally cancel by calling our office at 303-443-1220 in order for the monthly billing to be discontinued.  Please clearly state your name and all contact information so we have accurate information from which to discontinue billing.  You will receive confirmation that the Conference Calls for Therapists and Healthcare Professionals package has been discontinued through a phone call or  e-mail.  If you do not receive confirmation of the service being discontinued, please call the 303-443-1220 to verify we have received your message.

If for any reason we are unable to effect automatic payment via PayPal or your credit card, your access to Conference Calls for Healthcare Professionals Package will be disabled until payment is received.  Amounts paid for the Conference Calls package are not refundable.

Kathy Kinskey of The Attachment and Bonding Network will use good faith efforts to provide you with at least one month’s notice via email prior to the effectiveness of any change to the fee.   The fee is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Kathy Kinskey of The Attachment and Bonding Network.  You may terminate this Agreement and the Conference Calls for Therapists and Healthcare Professonals package at any time by calling at 303-443-1220.

Schedule:

The Conference Call for Therapists and Healthcare Professionals package will include weekly live calls.  Listed below are the exceptions to this annually: 

1) The Tuesday closest to December 25

2) One Tuesday in August; to be determined

3) All major holidays which fall on Tuesday

4) Two other weeks during the year, may also be used as exceptions to regularly scheduled live calls due to technical difficulties which may arise due to the technical nature of the Conference Calls.  However, specially recorded feature calls will be available on a replay line offered to members of the Conference Calls, which members can access and of which they will be informed, should any technical problem arise and interfere with a call.  The Attachment and Bonding Network and Kathy Kinskey will make every effort to make calls occur efficiently and effectively.  However, should a technical issue prevent the occurrence of a scheduled Conference Call, our mission is to provide effective education without disruption.  Therefore, we will to provide you with this option of a recorded call, accessible on a replay line, should that occur.
